    1. XHOOK may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
  6. Subscription
    1. The subscription is valid for the time purchased. When expired, the user is required to renew it manually.
    2. The subscription is bound to your current device when you first launch it. Changing the device or reinstalling the device's operating system may result in the subscription being unlinked from your device. Rebinding your subscription to a new device costs $3
    3. The subscription or its features may be frozen at any time indefinitely for update. If the subscription is frozen for the update completely, then after the update, downtime will be extended.
    4. Users caught selling subscriptions, cracking or alterating the behavior of the subscription will be immediately and permanently banned.
    5. If you do not use the site for more than 12 months, your data may be deleted.
    6. The subscription and its features may be changed/updated/deleted at any time.
  7. Refund policy
    1. Refunds are only possible within the first 48 hours after purchase and under the following conditions:
      - The subscription does not work completely on your computer (does not start)
      - If we can't help you with this
    2. If the subscription is frozen for update or functions list or way of working has been changed and in any other cases, a refund is not possible.
    3. To make a refund, you must send a request to the email address support@xhook.net from the email address that was specified during payment within 48 hours after purchase.
      4. If you do not agree with the refund policy, please do not make a purchase.
